Gupta also demanded the regular operation of the Sri Ganganagar-Jhalawar Express, the stoppage of the Paschim Express and the Nagpur-Jaipur Weekly Express at Bhawani Mandi, and the implementation of ordinary class fares in the Kota-Ratlam MEMU. Gupta requested the commencement of reservation at the booking window in Aklera. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Jain informed that the proposal would be sent to the headquarters soon. Dheeraj Gupta also demanded a stop to illegal collection of money in catering services, emphasizing that it is more important to implement effective measures to stop the supply of substandard food and overcharging by authorized vendors in trains. He suggested that efforts should be made to make the railway's 'No Bill, No Payment' policy effective. He also mentioned the problems caused by unauthorized passengers entering reserved coaches and urged to ensure additional RPF arrangements during the peak season.
