South Western Railway Bengaluru Division ne iske liye kadam uthaya hai. Filhal, Karmaaram mein reservation aur unreserved ticket counters hain aur sirf do platforms hain, jabki Belandur Road station par paanch platforms hain. Kerala ke liye Intercity ke alawa, Yesvantpur-Kannur Express bhi Karmaaram par rukti hai.
