A double-decker freight train carrying 264 SUVs from Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh, to Farukhnagar, Haryana, narrowly avoided a major accident at Khandwa railway station. Due to a route change, the train, which had traveled 147 km through 18 stations, arrived at Khandwa. The train's height exceeded the clearance of the overhead... equipment (OHE) lines in the Khandwa yard, causing the first carriage to almost touch the OHE.
